What is Jesmonite?
Jesmonite is a safe and environmentally conscious alternative to traditional resin based products, which provides a lightweight alternative to concrete. Jesmonite it a water & acrylic based, solvent free product - making it safe for many uses.
Production & Dispatch Times
A vast majority of our products are made to order and will therefore take 5 - 7 days to be made before being dispatched. Custom products could take a little longer dependent on the specifics of the piece. If you require a product more urgently, please get in touch before placing your order.
Gift orders
If you would like us to send an order as a gift directly to the recipient, just add a note at checkout! All gift orders come wrapped in tissue paper with a free, handwritten note of your choice. Purchase the ‘Gift Wrap Add On’ for that extra special touch.
Delivery Options & Times
All standard delivery orders are sent with Canada Post - which usually takes around 2-3 working days to arrive. There is the option to upgrade to Tracked Delivery - please consider this option for larger or urgent orders, as we cannot track an order sent with standard delivery.
Care Instructions
All jesmonite products are sealed in a water & heat resistant sealer making them safe for use in the bathroom and kitchen. They are NOT food safe at this time. Wipe clean with a damp cloth only and avoid the use of cleaning products or harsh chemicals, as this can damage the sealer used. NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.

Do you accept returns?
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. If your products are damaged upon arrival, please get in touch ASAP in order to allow us to contact the courier for an investigation.
